This set of flies is especially useful for early season work on any river. Fish two flies leaving 12" between point and dropper to create a fast sinking team to drift across the bottom, always a good tactic in cold water. Use one on the point with spiders on droppers, this sinks the team and acts a an anchor or brake on the flies to acheive slow presentation, again a good cold water tactic for trout or grayling.
